Rinlet terms of service

These terms apply when you use Rinlet, the workspace at rinlet.com and rinlet.app. Rinlet is run from the United Kingdom ("we"). By using Rinlet you agree to them.

Pre-alpha

Rinlet is in pre-alpha. It is offered free of charge to invited businesses while we build it. Features will change, some will be removed, and there may be times when it is not available. Please keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and use Rinlet for a business. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at info@rinlet.com if you think someone else has used your account. The business that invited you decides who in its workspace can see and do what.

Your content

What you put into Rinlet stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Rinlet for you, as our privacy policy describes. You can delete it, or ask us to, at any time.

Connected services

When you connect Google, Zoho or a mailbox, Rinlet acts on your instruction through that service, and that service's own terms also apply. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings.

The assistant

The assistant's answers and drafts are written by AI and can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it or send it. Nothing the assistant sends goes out in your name without your approval, unless you have set it up to.

Fair use

Do not use Rinlet to break the law, to send spam, to harm or harass anyone, to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or to disrupt Rinlet or the people using it. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

Our responsibility

We provide Rinlet as it is during pre-alpha, without promises about availability or fitness for a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using Rinlet and ask us to close your account at any time. We may end the pre-alpha, or your access to it, with reasonable notice; before we do, you will have time to take a copy of your content.

Changes

We may update these terms as Rinlet develops. We will tell you in Rinlet before a change that affects you takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute.
